Terms & Conditions

1. Services

0DUST provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Quebec and Ontario, including Laval, Montreal, Rive-Sud, West Island, Valleyfield, Ottawa, and Gatineau. All services are subject to availability.

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed upon submission, with payment due via e-Transfer or upon arrival (cash or e-transfer). You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable Quebec taxes (GST 5% + QST 9.975% = 14.975%). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at booking is the price you pay.

4. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, the full service fee may be charged. You are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to our arrival.

5. Liability

• 0DUST carries liability insurance for accidental damage caused by our staff.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of exceptional value not disclosed prior to service.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Health and Safety

Our staff reserves the right to refuse to clean areas that present a health or safety hazard, including but not limited to biohazard materials, extreme clutter, pest infestations, or aggressive animals on premises.

7. Recurring Services

Recurring bookings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are subject to discounted pricing as shown at booking. Either party may cancel recurring services with 48 hours notice. Cancellation of a recurring plan may result in retroactive pricing adjustment for previously completed services.

8. Payment

Payment is due via e-Transfer at time of booking or upon arrival (cash or e-transfer). Unpaid invoices are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing our services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
